Overview

This role serves as the analytical engine behind category strategy and prioritization for Sexual Health (ED/PE), Testosterone, and Hair. You will partner with the General Manager and Category Directors to shape, prioritize, and drive initiatives that move the P&L—translating analytics and synthesized insights into decisions on what to build, what to launch, and in what order.

The organization operates with two connected roadmaps: the tech product roadmap and the treatment development pipeline. Your sizing, models, and prioritization frameworks will help keep both roadmaps aligned, defensible, and grounded in measurable outcomes.

Reports to the General Manager. Day-to-day collaboration includes Category Directors, finance, product, analytics, and clinical partners.

Responsibilities

Drive Category Strategy & Prioritization

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the General Manager and Category Directors on key category levers: acquisition, retention, conversion, and new-treatment launches.
  • Own the analytical backbone for growth initiative management, including:
    • sizing opportunities
    • building prioritization frameworks (impact vs. effort, must-have vs. nice-to-have)
    • maintaining a stack-ranked view across acquisition, the tech product roadmap, and the treatment development pipeline
  • Pressure-test business cases before leadership review by making assumptions explicit and surfacing trade-offs.
  • Generate ideas and identify opportunities that extend beyond a single initiative and meaningfully drive business value.

Lead in Analytics & Modeling

  • Build decision-driving models using business acumen and justifiable assumptions, including forecasts, scenario analyses, and initiative sizing.
  • Create and manipulate dashboards and charts in Looker and Amplitude to draw conclusions, inform models, and support recommendations.
  • Own recurring performance reads, including initiative scorecards and WBR inputs across revenue, contribution margin, retention, S2S, and ARPU.
  • Partner closely with the analytics team to understand data and reporting nuances.

Champion Experiments & Strategic Projects

  • Develop and deploy experiments with product and analytics; monitor results and recommend iterations and improvements.
  • Lead, serve as a key resource, and act as a thought partner on high-priority one-off projects.
  • Proactively generate hypotheses and solve for issues before they arise; adapt quickly to shifting organizational priorities.

Support Treatment & Program Launches

  • Analyze the potential of new treatments, SKUs, and programs by building scenarios and initial forecast models that feed the treatment development roadmap.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in men’s health.
  • Help build the launch playbook by mapping what must be true for launch success, from clinical and regulatory milestones to go-to-market.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of business experience; management consulting or strategy experience is required.
  • Proven experience in strategic analytics and business prioritization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated success synthesizing large amounts of data into clear, executive-ready narratives and materials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proactive and flexible mindset, with the ability to identify and address challenges independently and quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct-to-consumer, telehealth, or consumer health experience.
  • Looker / Amplitude fluency.
  • Experience supporting product or treatment roadmap planning in a regulated environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
