Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end P2P performance, from requisition and PO through receipt, invoice, approval, payment, and accrual; align Procurement, AP, Supplier Management, Payments, and Close to a unified operating model
  • Establish and enforce operational governance, including policies, controls, SLAs/KPIs, approval matrices, and audit readiness (SOX), with regular performance reviews
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of requisitions, POs, and invoices, including completeness of accruals and liability reconciliations for financial close
  • Design supplier onboarding and master-data standards with attention to risk, compliance, and payment integrity
  • Own payment-run integrity, including approval controls, banking batch oversight, and fraud and duplicate-payment prevention
  • Resolve escalated payment and process issues; perform root-cause analysis to prevent repeat issues
  • Partner with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams) to define and deliver the automation and transformation roadmap
  • Report on P2P performance using KPIs including touchless invoice rate, on-time payment, cycle time, exception rate, and DPO; optimize working capital through payment terms and early-pay discounts
  • Oversee supplier risk, contract and PO compliance, and spend visibility across the vendor base
  • Manage change by rolling out policy, process, and system updates with clear stakeholder communication and adoption tracking
  • Elevate internal stakeholder and supplier service experience by owning service delivery, measuring CSAT/NPS, and acting on feedback
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews with senior and executive stakeholders, presenting performance, risks, and the improvement roadmap
  • Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team; hold team members to consistent standards through documented processes, training, performance calibration, and clear accountability
  • Build training, onboarding, and succession plans to maintain uniform team capability across locations

Requirements

  • 10+ years in procure-to-pay, AP, or procurement operations, including 5+ years managing teams and managers
  • Demonstrated end-to-end P2P expertise across multiple towers, with the ability to align cross-functional dependencies
  • Experience running operational governance, including SLAs, KPIs, internal controls, and audit/SOX compliance
  • Experience owning a team budget, managing vendor relationships, and managing remote, cross-time-zone teams
  • Experience developing and presenting executive-level QBRs and improving stakeholder satisfaction
  • Proven ability to develop, train, and calibrate teams to a uniform standard
  • ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) plus a P2P platform such as Zip, Coupa, or Ariba
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

  • APM, CPSM, CPA, or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits
