Overview

An organization is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst specializing in Insights & Analytics delivery to support and accelerate the productivity of its Go-To Market (GTM) organization. This role involves defining growth strategy through data analysis, independently driving projects, tackling complex analytical challenges, and mentoring other analysts. The analyst will work closely with senior sales leadership to inform strategic decision-making and help drive pipeline growth, increase retention, and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales leaders to understand and identify key business questions and challenges
  • Lead projects to develop answers, solutions, and KPIs to track results
  • Present insights to executives to drive performance improvements and establish scalable process enhancements
  • Mine large datasets, extract relevant insights, and create visualizations for executive consumption
  • Analyze and monitor data for anomalies, trends, and potential business implications
  • Provide analytical support for commission and territory planning processes with strategic recommendations
  • Identify business opportunities and propose innovative solutions
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve performance
  • Mentor and lead junior analysts on the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business, or economics
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role with increasing responsibility
  • Experience in Cloud and SaaS go-to-market (GTM) environments
  • Expertise in SQL for data preparation, analysis, modeling, and visualization
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
  • Knowledge of statistical methods including time series analysis, cluster analysis, and multivariate analysis
  • Proven ability to publish and present data and findings to executives and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with channel/partner sales is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $115,000 - $152,500 USD (actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and location)
