Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices, calculate vacancy penalties, and maintain contract-based documentation.
- Record revenues and expenditures in compliance with GAAP.
- Reconcile balance sheets, analyze profit and loss statements, and track accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management and clients.
- Support month-end close activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
- Minimum of 3 years professional accounting experience, including GAAP compliance, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Highly organized with proven success in tracking accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and maintaining contract-based documentation.
- Comfortable adapting to new systems and processes; experience with Business Central or Cosmos is a plus.
