You will partner with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to build annual and quarterly plans, evaluate revenue performance, and run strategic analyses that inform decisions about sales capacity, quotas, territories, and resource allocation.

Compensation: $144,024 - $194,633 (Title and compensation may be determined based on candidate experience).

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue planning and forecasting
    • Build and maintain a bottoms-up GTM model linking revenue targets to key drivers such as pipeline, win rates, deal size, quota attainment, sales capacity, ramp time, churn, and expansion.
    • Translate company-level growth targets into operating assumptions and forecasts.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning
    • Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to develop annual and quarterly plans across relevant departments.
    • Assess what must be true across headcount, productivity, conversion, and retention; identify key assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive strategic GTM analysis
    • Lead analyses to guide GTM resource structure and allocation, including territory design, customer segmentation, quota setting, capacity planning, and sales productivity.
    • Provide recommendations to support leadership tradeoffs as the business scales.
  • Evaluate business performance
    • Analyze actual performance vs. plan, identify underlying drivers of variances, and assess implications for future results.
    • Build scenarios and sensitivities to help leadership understand potential outcomes and determine where adjustments are needed.
  • Partner with GTM leadership
    • Act as a strategic thought partner, translating complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations.
    • Pressure-test assumptions, evaluate investment decisions, and prioritize opportunities to improve revenue performance.
  • Strengthen planning methodologies
    • Improve models, assumptions, and analytical approaches used for planning and forecasting.
    • Partner with Finance, Data, and cross-functional teams to ensure planning is grounded in reliable data and reflects how the GTM organization operates.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Planning & Analytics, GTM Strategy & Planning, Strategic Finance, Sales Finance, Revenue Operations, or a related function; experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company is preferred.
  • Revenue modeling expertise
    • Experience building and owning a bottoms-up revenue forecast, sales capacity model, or comparable operating model.
    • Understanding of how assumptions around pipeline, win rates, deal size, quota attainment, ramp time, churn, and expansion translate into outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
    • Ability to build models from scratch, evaluate scenarios, pressure-test assumptions, and structure complex business questions into analyses.
    • Comfort working with large datasets and translating results into actionable recommendations.
  • GTM and SaaS business acumen
    • Understanding of revenue growth drivers in recurring-revenue businesses, including how sales capacity, territory design, segmentation, quotas, and productivity impact performance.
  • Strategic problem-solving
    • Ability to identify the right questions to investigate, determine what the data needs to show, and develop recommendations to support planning and resource allocation decisions.
  • Cross-functional partnership
    • Clear communication of analytical findings and ability to work with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions, align on plans, and influence decisions without formal authority.
  • Ownership and execution
    • Ability to operate in a fast-growing environment, manage ambiguous problems independently, and build planning models/processes that evolve with scale.
