Overview
A leader in the Technical Services sector is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst Manager to support financial discipline related to P&L visibility, margin improvement, and overall business performance. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance planning processes, financial controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and develop scalable financial operations within a technical services environment.
Location
- Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available)
Compensation
- $149,000 – $166,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial and profitability models to support strategic decisions and scenario analyses
- Utilize AI/ML tools to modernize modeling, scenario generation, and reporting processes
- Evaluate pricing changes and monitor monetization KPIs to assess financial impact
- Deliver profitability and performance reports to executive leadership and integrate analytics into forecasting cycles
- Serve as the primary analytical partner for stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and results to senior leadership
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance within a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills with a proven track record in decision support
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive modeling to improve workflows
