The real estate sector remains a significant target for cybercriminals, particularly through investment fraud and business email compromise scams. Responsibilities
- Build and enhance integrated three-statement operating models to support annual planning and long-range forecasting
- Own, scale, and improve forecasting for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), bookings, expansion, and retention
- Utilize AI tools to automate manual workflows, accelerate analysis and modeling, and uncover insights from data
- Translate pipeline health, sales performance, and go-to-market (GTM) investment strategy into scalable revenue projections
- Drive cross-functional partnerships across the business to generate insights and inform executive decision-making
- Prepare and deliver reporting packages for the Board, monthly business reviews (MBR), and quarterly business reviews (QBR)
- Analyze SaaS key performance indicators (KPIs) and unit economics, connecting model outputs to the broader operating picture
- Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and strategic forecasting to address leadership inquiries
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, and executive stakeholders
- Support cash forecasting and strategic capital allocation analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, strategic finance, private equity, or FP&A at a high-performing company
- Advanced skills in three-statement financial modeling with clean, highly integrated spreadsheet design
- Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs and unit economics including ARR, retention, churn, and expansion
- Experience supporting ARR, bookings, or GTM forecasting
- Deep, hands-on fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and a proven track record of using them to accelerate financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and workflow automation
- Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and actionable plans
- Experience working independently, managing workload, and delivering results with minimal oversight
- Genuine curiosity, drive, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting complex analysis clearly to senior leadership
