Overview
This role is part of the Strategic Finance team supporting the growth of top-line revenue streams with large B2B merchant partners. The team drives company strategy, provides real-time forecasts and analytics, and guides the organization toward achieving its goals. This position is within the Revenue Finance group, which has significant cross-functional impact and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional leaders including Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing to drive business outcomes through strategic and analytic support
- Build and maintain financial models to forecast, reconcile, and explain variances across key metrics
- Collaborate with machine learning modeling teams to integrate financial models with aggregated ML forecasts
- Establish top-line performance metrics and targets, analyze and report financial performance to executives and company leaders, and drive accountability for results
- Design and deliver scalable automated user and financial dashboards and analytics for cross-departmental and executive use
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fast-paced analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, or analytics
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, concise reports
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses within a strategic business context
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective cross-functional collaboration and presenting to executives
- Passion for disrupting the lending and financial industry
- Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and ability to think creatively and critically in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment
- Curiosity and experience building processes or models involving AI is a plus
- Experience with merchant payments or providing analytical support to B2B client relationship and sales teams is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel (prepared for financial model case studies), and comfort with SQL, Looker, or other data visualization tools; Python knowledge is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Grade: K
- Equity Grade: 6
- Base pay range for U.S. employees in CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT: $140,000 - $190,000 per year
- Base pay range for U.S. employees in other states: $124,000 - $174,000 per year

Location
- This is a remote-first position within the United States
- Employees can work from almost anywhere within their country of employment
- Some roles may require occasional work from an assigned office depending on job responsibilities
