Overview
This position focuses on driving business growth for existing clients and managing co-sourcing/outsourcing engagements. The role serves as a key client contact and trusted business advisor, with responsibility for engagement planning, delivery, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Expand revenue of existing clients
- Own short-term and long-term business planning
- Manage all aspects of the co-sourcing/outsourcing engagement
- Serve as key client contact; provide trusted business advisory services
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Direct interaction with clients and management of the engagement team
- Foster a team environment and support management decisions to build a positive culture
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- 6 years of supervisory experience
- Active CPA or equivalent certification
- Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and prioritize as necessary
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization, internally and externally
- Proven high level of business integrity, client service, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel based on client and business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Comprehensive tax planning and consulting experience, including demonstrated expertise in FATCA, CRS, Chapter 3 of the Internal Revenue Code, WHFPs, QIs, 871m, or other withholding and reporting regimes
- Market-leading technical expertise of 1042, 8804, FATCA & CRS returns, and tax form validation (W-8, W-9 or CRS Self-Certifications)
