Responsibilities
- Prepare personal and business tax returns under the supervision of a Tax Manager.
- Learn tax planning strategies including S-corp optimization, depreciation, real estate, and multi-state taxation.
- Manage your own workload and deadlines independently.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to focus on judgment rather than repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- On the CPA or EA track, or planning to pursue these certifications.
- Demonstrated accuracy, organization, and speed in work; able to show detailed work.
- Strong motivation to grow into a full-time tax role.
- Ability to learn quickly, work hard without constant supervision, and handle a heavy workload.
