Tax Manager, HNW - REMOTE
Overview
This remote position offers a salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 per year. The role is for a Tax Manager at a rapidly growing private client tax advisory firm specializing in proactive, year-round tax strategy supported by modern technology. The firm serves over 5,000 clients across the U.S., including high-net-worth individuals, founders, tech executives, fund managers, real estate investors, and owner-operated businesses with complex tax needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide tax advisory services focusing on client relationships rather than solely tax compliance
- Manage tax workflows utilizing advanced AI systems to enhance efficiency
- Deliver expert tax strategies tailored to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of tax experience at a Top 100 CPA firm
- Expertise in handling tax matters for high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and passthrough entities
- Experience with CCH Axcess tax software
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Taxation
- Strong technical knowledge of foreign tax filings (e.g., Forms 5471, 8865)
- Experience with Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS)
