Tax Manager – Private Client Services (Remote)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based)

Compensation: $140,000 – $220,000+ Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

Multiple openings available at the Manager, Senior Manager, and Director levels.

This role supports High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, families, business owners, trusts, and complex multi-entity structures through sophisticated tax compliance, planning, and advisory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage complex 1040, Trust, Estate, Gift, and pass-through entity tax returns
• Provide tax planning and advisory support for HNW and UHNW clients
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Support multi-state tax matters, estate planning coordination, and complex tax strategies
• Mentor and develop staff across the Private Client Services (PCS) team
• Collaborate with leadership on client service and practice growth initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of public accounting experience focused on HNW / Private Client tax
• Strong experience reviewing complex Individual, Trust, Estate, and pass-through entity returns
• CPA certification required
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple engagements
• Strong communication and advisory skills in a client-facing environment
• Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team structure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with sophisticated HNW and UHNW client tax matters
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a flexible, remote work environment
