  • Coordinate tax responsibilities and calendars with external advisors such as CPAs, attorneys, trustees, investment bankers, valuation professionals, and controllers.
  • Support new client development through prospective client meetings and contribute to evolving the tax service model, team, and technology.

  • Deep technical expertise in individual, fiduciary, partnership, corporate, estate, gift, and state and local taxation, including advanced planning strategies for UHNW families.
  • Experience identifying cross-border tax and reporting issues and working effectively with international tax specialists.
  • Proven experience managing significant tax notices, examinations, and controversy matters, including coordination with tax counsel.
  • Experience advising entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and multi-generational families through liquidity events, business succession, wealth transfer, and other major transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex tax matters and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
  • Comfortable working in a team-based, integrated advisory environment within a regulated Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) structure; experience at a family office, multi-family office, wealth management firm, or national accounting firm preferred.
  • Unquestioned integrity, commitment to confidentiality, sound risk management, and prioritizing client interests.
