Overview
A leading advisory, tax, and assurance firm is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join their growing Transfer Pricing practice. The firm provides professional services across the U.S. and globally, with a presence in major financial centers including New York, London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston. The Transfer Pricing practice includes specialists across the U.S. and member firms worldwide, addressing transfer pricing advisory and documentation services for multinational clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret clients' financial data to assess cross-border intercompany transactions involving tangible goods, services, and intellectual property.
- Manage functional analysis interviews and prepare transfer pricing documentation, planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.
- Lead multiple transfer pricing engagements, ensuring quality tax planning and consulting services.
- Stay current on transfer pricing trends, developments, and technical authorities, applying knowledge to complex situations.
- Collaborate with member firms globally and provide transfer pricing technical guidance to tax professionals firm-wide.
- Manage client engagement staffing, billing, collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
- Network and build strong internal and external client relationships.
- Participate in professional development and support the growth and development of team members through mentoring and coaching.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Seven (7) or more years of specific transfer pricing experience.
- Experience creating and working with complex financial models, drafting detailed functional analyses, and preparing concise and accurate technical writings.
- Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong ethical standards, sense of urgency, and commitment to quality and timely project completion, including project economics, budgeting, and billing.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or related field, or JD/LLM.
- Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
Compensation & Benefits
- National pay rate range: $146,760 to $278,240.
- California pay rate range: $155,500 to $278,240.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package available to eligible employees.
