Travel Industry - Business/Client Analyst

Overview

This role is responsible for supporting leadership with financial analysis, business and ROI modeling, benchmarking, and trending data from both client and internal perspectives. You will also produce ad hoc reporting and analytics and support project work.

Responsibilities

• Develop PowerPoint presentations to support client reviews, project management, and project lead activities
• Identify opportunities to improve performance against contractual terms
• Review financials to support cost reduction efforts; track variances to budget; recommend expense-reduction opportunities and ways to increase revenues to senior management
• Review client data to identify trends in areas important to clients or relevant to industry changes
• Deliver monthly and quarterly ad hoc or program reports in line with deadlines; review and assure data quality
• Interface with appropriate departments to ensure database maintenance
• Facilitate effective communication with all levels of the account management team

Requirements

• Prior financial analysis experience
• Knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of business and client management
• Knowledge of project travel products and services
• Advanced skills on GDS
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint & Excel
• Good command of English

Expected annual gross salary ranges (by country)

• Spain: 30,700–34,800 EUR
• France: 31,304–55,800 EUR
• Germany: 35,200–57,500 EUR
• Netherlands: 41,900–49,300 EUR

Final salary will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location and will be determined in line with internal equity. Salary history is not requested.
