Treasury /Funds Transfer Analyst

Overview

This role is for a Treasury Funds Transfer Analyst within a Wire Administration organization, working remotely anywhere in the United States. The work schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with Friday and Saturday off. Remote work is subject to approval and must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required.

Visa sponsorship or participation in STEM OPT is not provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Execute funds transfers of various types and complexity using multiple processing platforms under general supervision.
• Initiate a subset of manual transactions, resolve routine exceptions, and provide secondary approval for initiated or repaired transactions.
• Perform high-level financial reconciliation of processed transactions and conduct initial investigations of reconciliation exceptions.
• Monitor live transactions across multiple processing applications, follow standard policies and procedures to address exceptions, and escalate unresolved or impactful issues appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with the control framework and identify/report potential regulatory conflicts to appropriate parties.
• Participate in basic change management activities upon request, such as executing operational regression user testing scripts.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Typically requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, along with related experience or product knowledge.
• Generally requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
• A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Skills and Competencies

• Account reconciliations, application processing, control frameworks, customer solutions, end-to-end testing, financial accounting, people management, processing, and reconciliations.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, operational functions, problem management processes, process management, standard operating procedures, treasury services, wire transfer/Automated Clearing House (ACH).

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $37,500.00 – $75,000.00, varying by geographic location, market data, skills, experience, and education.
