Treasury Manager

Overview

A growing organization focused on advancing AI capabilities in finance is seeking a Treasury Manager to join their remote team. This flexible role accommodates full-time, part-time, or periodic engagement, allowing professionals to contribute according to their availability while helping to train AI models specialized in financial reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Apply financial expertise to verify the accuracy and reasoning of AI-generated outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance and reliability

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in progress or completed is strongly preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant professional backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible scheduling

• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
