Treasury Officer

Overview

The organization is seeking a Junior Treasury Specialist to support daily crypto treasury operations, including balance monitoring and reporting. This role supports ongoing process checks, coordination with internal teams, and contribution to streamlined workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury crypto assets on a daily basis, ensuring security and liquidity
• Perform ongoing position monitoring to detect possible deviations in accounting
• Monitor digital asset balances on an ongoing basis
• Help prepare weekly and monthly treasury reports
• Support development and streamlining of treasury workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams to handle day-to-day duties

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics
• 2+ years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance
• Understanding of the basics of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills to convey findings and insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized and responsible with the ability to work with minimum supervision
• Good level of spoken and written English and Russian

Preferred Qualifications

• Crypto trading experience
• English B2–C1
