VC Associate

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a VC Associate with expertise in finance to contribute to the development of AI Assistant models tailored for finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time, full-time, or on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Apply advanced financial knowledge to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of AI models

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Advanced degree preferred (Master’s or PhD completed or in progress)
• Relevant experience in areas such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible hours
• Ability to select preferred projects
• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
• Payment processed via PayPal (applicants must be located in the United States)
