Overview

This role supports wealth management advisors by translating client goals into actionable financial plans and investment recommendations. Work includes building and maintaining financial plans in eMoney, analyzing portfolios, preparing investment proposals for advisor review, and supporting ongoing account management.

Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and maintain comprehensive financial plans in eMoney based on client goals.
• Analyze client portfolios and prepare investment proposals for advisor review.
• Translate financial and investment information into clear materials for client discussions.
• Support ongoing account management and coordinate with teammates on client needs.
• Move confidently between financial planning, investment analysis, and implementation to keep plans and accounts moving forward.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in investment operations and investment management, along with financial planning experience.
• Proficiency with eMoney, including building and maintaining comprehensive financial plans.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Ability to manage priorities across financial planning, investment analysis, and account management.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• $130,000–$155,000 base plus performance bonus
