Accountant II - Remote

Overview

This is a fully remote Accountant II position.

The organization operates within the radiology services industry, providing patient-centered radiology care across the U.S. This role supports financial integrity and operational decision-making through accurate accounting execution, month-end close activities, reconciliations, statement preparation, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts accurately and timely
• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and analysis
• Present financial statements to operations leaders and respond to inquiries
• Participate in the annual budgeting process
• Research standard accounting transactions and monitor capital project expenditures
• Conduct basic financial modeling
• Support year-end audit procedures
• Perform other assigned duties and projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of two years of accounting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $52,000 to $75,200 per year, based on direct and relevant experience
