Associate Contract & Payment Analyst-3.

Overview

This Associate Contract & Payment Spec. role is for an analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative professional who enjoys project-based work. The position involves processing customer contracts and payments and providing administrative and analytical support to meet business needs, while delivering a high customer experience both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests to create contract records
• Nominate and link contracts in the HCPE Engage platform
• Partner with T&E Excellence and the legal department for creation of LATAM and International HCP consulting agreements and other contract needs
• Process invoices, check requests, and other billing requirements
• Perform audits on incoming requests
• Maintain up-to-date procedures or instructive documentation materials related to assigned cluster
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers via phone, email, and systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute tasks in a timely manner
• Work individually or with a team to recommend actions and manage projects to completion
• Provide support to a functional group regarding contracts and payments
• Monitor and track requests/project/system status, budgets, and task progress
• Apply knowledge of company operations to assist in development, implementation, and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures
• Update and reconcile payment reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • 1–2 years of experience working with contracts or in a contract-related capacity
• English (intermediate)

Preferred Qualifications

• Reporting and analytical experience
• Medical Device Industry experience
• Familiarity with SAP
• Proficiency with MS Office
