Accounting Implementation Coach

Overview

This role involves serving as an Accounting Implementation Coach, managing the implementation of accounting modules within the Restaurant 365 software for clients. You will train client teams on software usage and financial best practices while ensuring required deadlines are met. Success in this position depends on clear, timely communication with clients and relevant internal and third-party stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Software integration: Lead and manage client implementations of accounting modules within Restaurant 365.
• Client training: Train client teams on using the software and applying best practices for financial management.
• Time management: Ensure adherence to required deadlines throughout the implementation process.
• Communication mastery: Provide implementation status updates and promptly address issues with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Ongoing support: Offer continued support and guidance as clients transition to and utilize the software.
• Process optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to improve implementation processes and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing accounting software solutions, preferably Restaurant365.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support client teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience working as a contractor or consultant is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior restaurant experience is preferred.
