Overview

This role supports small and medium-sized business owners by providing comprehensive financial support through omni (omnichannel) chat platforms. You’ll act as a trusted expert, answering both general inquiries and complex, data-heavy accounting questions. The position involves analyzing financial information and communicating clear, actionable guidance that helps clients improve financial clarity and make better decisions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries efficiently and effectively via omni chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Handle complex accounting-related questions by applying deep financial expertise and analytical skills.
• Support small and medium-sized business owners with essential bookkeeping and tailored financial guidance.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely responses.
• Complete assigned presentation-based tasks as needed to support client comprehension and improve internal processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active user of widely recognized online accounting platforms.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
• Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support, including strong written communication and problem-solving skills in a digital environment.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions with precision and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with small and medium-sized business clients, including familiarity with their unique challenges and needs.
• Hands-on accounting experience as a small and medium-sized business owner.
• Previously engaged experts with relevant domain expertise in financial support.
• Accountants or bookkeepers comfortable and proficient with high-volume, data-heavy queries in a fast-paced environment.
