Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Specialist

Location: Florida / New Mexico — 100% REMOTE

Start Date: Immediate

This role involves joining the team in a fully remote, permanent position available immediately. The position is best suited for an experienced, detail-oriented AR and billing professional with strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) skills and the ability to manage a high volume of customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain recurring sales transactions
• Generate and process invoices
• Reprocess failed payment transactions
• Reconcile AR accounts
• Apply customer payments
• Monitor aging reports
• Collect outstanding balances
• Proactively follow up on overdue accounts to support timely cash collection

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Experience managing a high volume of customer transactions
• High organization and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills to manage a large and diverse customer base in a fast-paced environment
