A company specializing in innovative energy solutions and modern infrastructure is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support its datacenter infrastructure projects. The organization develops, constructs, and operates large-scale power and data center infrastructure by co-locating industrial demand with dedicated gas and renewable power generation. Responsibilities

  • Analyze commercial performance of assigned assets, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Prepare commercial summaries, financial reports, and performance tracking to support business decisions.
  • Develop understanding of revenue generation, cost structures, and long-term value creation for datacenter infrastructure assets.
  • Maintain trackers for commercial obligations, performance metrics, notices, compliance deadlines, and key contractual terms across various agreements (equipment supply, EPC, O&M, interconnection, warranty, master service agreements).
  • Manage documentation, lifecycle records, and decision history related to commercial commitments throughout asset operations.
  • Identify and escalate potential contractual issues, performance concerns, or compliance risks.
  • Support implementation of commercial processes, reporting workflows, and asset management systems.
  • Coordinate deliverables across Development, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with asset onboarding, operational transitions, and ongoing documentation management.
  • Build foundational knowledge of project financial models, including revenue assumptions, cost drivers, and sensitivities.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, invoice tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Understand how project finance structures influence commercial responsibilities and operational decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline.
  • 0-3 years of experience in commercial analysis, finance, analytics, infrastructure, energy markets, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret financial models, commercial reports, and performance data with guidance.
  • Experience maintaining structured documentation, trackers, and repeatable business processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to clean energy, infrastructure, datacenter infrastructure, or power markets.
  • Curiosity, accountability, and a continuous learning mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total Compensation: $118,750 - $137,500 (base salary plus bonus, USD).
  • Equity grant providing a meaningful stake in the parent company.
