Overview
The Associate Pricing Analyst will support the Pricing team by developing pricing templates, modeling pricing for client proposals, and participating in RFP response teams. This role involves analyzing pricing competitiveness using internal and external data sources, creating and enhancing metrics and reports to inform pricing decisions at various levels including product, service, business, and customer. The analyst will develop fact-based insights to strengthen pricing strategy recommendations and identify opportunities to improve pricing performance. Additionally, the role includes implementing pricing reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor pricing effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the commercial and pricing framework for new RFPs targeting potential global clients.
- Engage actively with internal partners throughout the RFP cycle.
- Develop cost-saving and revenue-improving initiatives on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis for existing and potential clients.
- Prepare dashboards with key analytics for leadership.
- Undertake projects aimed at simplifying processes and enhancing the competitiveness of proposals.
- Participate in creating processes and structural foundations to ensure compliance with commercial guidelines.
- Demonstrate understanding of automation and AI applications in pricing and commercial activities during the RFP cycle.
- Assist with client contract negotiations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in analytical, quantitative, and statistical techniques to derive insights from large and complex business data sets.
- Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the BPO industry or similar roles.
