Audit Manager (Remote)

Overview

An Audit Manager role is available in a flexible, fully remote work arrangement. This position leads assurance engagements, supports and guides team members, and builds trusted client relationships while delivering high-quality audit work.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Guide and supervise multiple team members
• Deliver high-quality work in accordance with applicable standards
• Manage client relationships and support engagement profitability
• Apply strong technical judgment related to U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and relevant industry guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in accounting or closely corresponding field
• Typically 6–8 years of assurance/audit experience in public accounting or equivalent experience
• Active CPA license
• Demonstrated experience managing assurance engagements
• Demonstrated experience supervising multiple team members
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and engagement profitability
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of industries and types of audits (EBP, government, non-profit, etc.)
