Billing Analyst, Billing Central

Overview

This role supports Corporate Functions Finance and internal business teams including Legal, Public Policy, Community Impact, and Corporate Communications. The position focuses on billing accuracy, vendor management, and financial reporting across multiple countries by helping maintain standardized billing procedures and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage new vendor setups as payees
• Create purchase orders
• Research, investigate, and resolve invoice and payment issues
• Enforce billing requirements and provide guidance to internal teams
• Lead billing process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with international teams to simplify and centralize billing
• Coordinate with Corporate Functions Finance to ensure consistent billing communication and accurate financial reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor''s degree
• Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of financial controls and procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $56,700.00 to $99,300.00 USD
• Package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units
• Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location
