Billing Analyst II

Overview

This fully remote role is a Billing Analyst II position supporting a technology and eCommerce organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing activities, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery
• Process credit and debit memos according to established procedures
• Review contracts, pricing schedules, and SOPs to ensure accurate billing
• Perform invoice audits, reconciliations, and peer reviews
• Investigate and respond to billing inquiries
• Escalate complex billing issues as needed
• Support month-end close activities and audit requests
• Maintain data accuracy across billing and financial systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
• Follow established controls, processes, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, finance, or a related field
• Strong experience working with invoices and billing processes
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion or other ERP platforms
• Experience using Salesforce CRM
• Experience with JIRA ticketing systems
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
• Background supporting B2B eCommerce, SaaS, or technology organizations
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders

• Pay: Up to $35/hour
