Billing Specialist (m/f/d)

Overview

This role is a subscription billing position supporting customers with invoice, subscription, and account balance questions. You will ensure subscription and invoicing data stay consistent between Salesforce subscription data and NetSuite invoicing, while coordinating with Customer Support, Sales, Collections, and Billing to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding invoices, credit notes, and subscriptions
• Manage the accuracy of the B2B SaaS subscription lifecycle in NetSuite, including new contracts, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, amendments, cancellations, and contract owner changes; ensure each change is billed correctly and on time
• Maintain up-to-date subscription records in NetSuite in close collaboration with Customer Support and Revenue Operations
• Own accurate, on-time billing in NetSuite, including invoice runs, credit memos, and revenue and billing schedule corrections
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by working directly with Billing, Collections, and Sales; pursue answers to resolution rather than waiting
• Document every customer interaction and resolution in CRM/ticketing tools so cases include full context for future follow-up
• Contribute ideas to improve subscription management, billing, and support processes

Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of NetSuite, including subscription and recurring billing, invoicing, credit memos, and customer records; ability to troubleshoot issues independently
• Strong B2B SaaS experience with subscription management, including contract terms, renewals, amendments, proration, and the relationship between CRM subscription data and billing
• Very good written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools and cloud-based workflows to improve efficiency
• Structured, analytical approach and a preference for working closely with a team
• Reliable and detail-oriented, with an appetite for complex cases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zone Billing (or a comparable NetSuite billing extension)
• Experience with Salesforce subscription or CPQ data

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: PLN 19,000 – PLN 22,000 gross per month (UoP)
