Overview

This role provides bookkeeping support for premium travel and related operations, including cruises, milestone trips, event planning, traveler support, and supplier coordination. The focus is on maintaining accurate financial records through reconciliation and exception handling, with work that remains fully traceable—showing the source used, what changed, what remains open, and who owns the next action.

Responsibilities

  • Review financial inputs and supporting records to ensure bookkeeping details remain traceable and auditable across premium travel, cruises, milestone trips, event planning, traveler support, and supplier coordination.
  • Reconcile discrepancies prior to reporting or processing, ensuring reconciliation activities and outcomes remain traceable.
  • Track unresolved financial exceptions and ensure exceptions have clear ownership and next steps.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation so documentation supports verification of what occurred and why.
  • Protect confidential account information as part of daily bookkeeping processes.

Success Standard

Success means bookkeeping work stays usable under operational demands by maintaining accurate financial records, completing reconciliation, and handling exceptions effectively. Repeated errors should become visible, exceptions should have owners, and an authorized teammate should be able to verify the work state without reconstructing its history.

Capabilities

  • Variance Analysis: Apply variance analysis to support premium travel, cruises, milestone trips, event planning, traveler support, and supplier coordination.
  • Workflow execution with traceability: Follow the organization’s bookkeeping workflow without losing evidence, ownership, or deadlines.
  • Clear documentation of reconciliation decisions: Document reconciliation reasoning clearly enough for another teammate to follow.
  • Sound judgment and escalation: Use judgment around account review, especially when issues need escalation rather than assumption.

Requirements

  • Full-time, associate level.
  • 100% remote within the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
