Overview

This role supports financial operations for domestic and international travel packages, groups, corporate travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and traveler support. The position is focused on maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliation, and handling exceptions. Work products should clearly reflect: what source was used, what changed, what remains open, and who owns the next action.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile discrepancies in bookkeeper-focused workflows before reporting or processing, ensuring the status is traceable across domestic and international travel packages, groups, corporate travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and traveler support.
  • Track unresolved financial exceptions and ensure each exception remains traceable to an accountable owner.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation so that financial records and supporting materials can be verified without reconstructing prior history.
  • Protect confidential account information.
  • Review financial inputs against supporting records and maintain accurate, up-to-date record maintenance.

Success Standard

Success means financial records, reconciliation, and exception handling remain usable and verifiable under the demands of domestic and international travel packages, groups, corporate travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and traveler support. Repeated errors should become visible, exceptions should have owners, and another authorized teammate should be able to verify the state of the work.

Required Capabilities

  • Confident use of payment tracking in workflows supporting domestic and international travel packages, groups, corporate travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and traveler support.
  • Exception resolution while preserving evidence, owners, and deadlines.
  • Clear documentation of invoice review and related decisions so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
  • Sound judgment, including knowing when to escalate rather than assume.
