Business Analyst - Pricing

Overview

This role involves supporting a strategic pricing transformation initiative as a Business Analyst – Pricing. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while managing requirements and user stories within Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and pricing requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Create and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical stories.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
• Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Analyze pricing workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Partner closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience supporting pricing, product management, or financial systems.
• Strong Azure DevOps (ADO) experience.
• Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within Agile and Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Payments, banking, fintech, or financial services experience.
• Experience supporting pricing engines or product catalog solutions.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.

Compensation & Benefits
