Overview

A leading provider of mission-critical background screening solutions is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to support the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role is responsible for ownership of Annual Contract Value (ACV) performance, including pipeline and bookings, as well as revenue performance post-booking. The analyst will work closely with General Managers, leadership teams, and GTM stakeholders to enhance visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue realization, ensuring disciplined execution throughout the commercial lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own annual planning for pipeline modeling and Booked ACV targets
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis across Pipeline ACV, Booked ACV, and Revenue
  • Monitor adherence to pipeline and forecast standards; identify risks, gaps, and performance trends
  • Track and report on core performance KPIs such as Sales Cycle, Average Selling Price (ASP), and Win Rates
  • Analyze pipeline health including coverage, velocity, aging, conversion, and slippage
  • Support weekly pipeline and operating reviews by providing data and performance insights
  • Partner with General Managers on representative and team performance; identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Provide insights on how pipeline and bookings quality impact downstream revenue realization
  • Collaborate with Finance and Marketing Operations to align pipeline, bookings, and revenue
  • Provide performance analysis and business insights to support segmentation and planning decisions
  • Work with Revenue Technology and Sales Operations to support reporting and analytics related to CRM enhancements
  • Continuously improve reporting, dashboards, and analysis to support General Manager decision-making
  • Explore and adopt AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, performance insight, and execution rigor

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Performance, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong understanding of ACV-based sales models and usage-based revenue
  • Ability to translate data into clear, practical insights
  • Comfortable operating in a General Manager-led Sales and Customer Success environment
  • Hands-on experience using AI to improve performance analytics, reporting, or forecasting workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of Revenue Technology Stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong Forecasting, ZoomInfo)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools
  • Experience supporting pipeline reviews and performance discussions
  • Ability to identify operational friction and improve processes, reporting, and execution
  • Bias toward clarity, rigor, and accountability

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 base annually
  • Salary offers are tailored within this range based on experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other relevant factors
