Overview

This role involves coordinating and monitoring sales transactions involving third-party lease companies, ensuring smooth communication among customers, sales teams, and lease agents. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor sales involving third-party lease companies; communicate with customers, sales teams, and lease agents to ensure smooth processes.
  • Track and produce monthly analysis of leasing activity.
  • Represent Credit Administration in meetings with internal partners to develop and improve lease transaction processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to communicate changes or new vendor introductions for streamlined processes.
  • Provide periodic updates to the Credit Department regarding lease transaction process changes.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, customers, collections teams, and third-party loan financing institutions to ensure timely documentation, sales processing, and collections.
  • Work with analytics team members on Power BI and Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) to analyze data, build models, and streamline reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within workflows; recommend and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Process and review new applications to establish or reactivate accounts, including assigning appropriate credit terms.
  • Assist management in determining credit limits for high-dollar accounts.
  • Control, process, and update customer information in the system, including address and name updates and regulatory determinations through communication with the Regulatory Affairs Department.
  • Provide mentoring and conduct cross-training sessions for other analysts to ensure coverage of department functions.
  • Handle escalated calls or resolutions in the absence of management.
  • Communicate directly with Account Managers, Customer Engagement Managers, customers, Regulatory Affairs, and eBusiness teams to ensure customer account compliance with DEA and other regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and management to identify, develop, and process projects aimed at improving efficiencies and reducing costs related to customer master file concerns.
  • Act as primary contact for customer identifiers to ensure accurate sales reporting with vendors and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate monitoring and completion of ISO accounts; maintain monthly spreadsheets detailing ISO activity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Basic understanding of SQL is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette and professional business correspondence.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
