Director of Accounting Client Services

Overview

This role leads the Client Services team and oversees the client experience for franchise owners served by the accounting and bookkeeping services organization.

The Director of Accounting Client Services will build strong client relationships, develop and support the team, and ensure clients receive consistent, timely, and high-quality service. The position also involves mentoring team members, managing priorities and workloads, guiding more complex client needs, and identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and improve the overall client experience.

Candidates must live within 1–2 hours of Omaha, NE for occasional in-person team meetings and trainings a few times per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Services team and oversee the franchise owner client experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor team members and manage team priorities and workloads
• Provide guidance on more complex client accounting and financial service needs
• Identify process improvements to strengthen service delivery and enhance the client experience
• Review and support client-facing service quality, ensuring timely, consistent delivery
• Work closely with leadership to enhance operations and support continued organizational growth

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

• Background in finance or accounting
• Residence within 1–2 hours of Omaha, NE to attend occasional in-person team meetings and trainings
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including the ability to read and interpret financial reports
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing a client services or similar team

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Location

Remote work with occasional in-person team meetings and trainings a few times per year (requires residence within 1–2 hours of Omaha, NE).
