Overview

This role supports the Wealth Solutions team as a strategy and analytics professional. You will work closely with operating teams to build clear metrics, establish durable operating rhythms, and implement execution processes that keep decision-ready insights flowing across the organization. You will also lead strategic projects that follow directly from your analysis—moving from insight through implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client segmentation and revenue data to identify trends, inform growth strategy, and uncover opportunities to deepen relationships and improve retention across the Wealth Solutions client base.
  • Analyze operational data—including team capacity, workload distribution, wait times, and demand trends—to identify patterns, surface actionable insights, and develop recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain models that track key operational and capacity metrics, support workforce planning and resource allocation, and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead systems and processes that drive successful execution.
  • Partner with leaders across Wealth Solutions, Finance, and the Business Intelligence team to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and clear, concise outputs.
  • Develop and present well-structured analyses and recommendations to senior leadership, turning complex data into a compelling narrative.
  • Monitor client retention, revenue trends, and operational performance metrics; proactively flag risks and opportunities with supporting analysis.
  • Lead strategic initiatives from framing through execution to improve advisor productivity, client experience, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to leverage existing data infrastructure and identify gaps where new data sources or reporting tools would enhance decision-making.
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by senior leadership, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related analytical field preferred.
  • 6+ years’ experience, including 2+ years in a rigorous analytical environment (private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a strategy/analytics function at a high-growth company).
  • Strong financial and analytical modeling skills, including comfort building models from scratch and stress-testing assumptions.
  • Ability to synthesize large and complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations (beyond reporting results—include why and what to do next).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting structured, confident, concise analysis to senior audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and synthesis (a differentiating asset).
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus but not required.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in understanding how a wealth management business operates and creates value for clients.
  • Comfort working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Concentration in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
