Responsibilities

  • Create and manage financial dashboards using Looker Studio and Big Query
  • Develop methods for calculating and reporting financial metrics across departments, evolving data source strategies to meet business needs
  • Build and maintain financial models to forecast performance, assess scenarios, and identify risks and opportunities
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize data structures and standards for data ingestion
  • Query and analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover trends, patterns, and root causes of business challenges
  • Translate technical data findings into actionable strategic recommendations for non-technical leadership and department leads (Sales, Product, Finance, Operations)
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to develop pricing strategies for products
  • Utilize AI and modern analytics frameworks to design and maintain interactive financial tools, calculators, and scenario models
  • Evaluate product profitability and vendor cost structures, building analytical models to assess pricing changes and identify margin improvement opportunities
  • Create financial presentations for the Executive Leadership Team
  • Serve as project manager for various company-wide initiatives

Requirements

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI
  • Ability to travel and attend in-person meetings, training, and business events at company offices and other U.S. locations (including Madison, WI and St. Louis, MO) up to 2–4 times per year
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • For remote positions, reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated professional workspace, and a functioning webcam are required; this role operates in a camera-on, video-first environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Data or Financial Analytics, including:
    • Understanding financial data and translating it into actionable strategies
    • Experience with data pipelines, SQL, machine learning, and visualization
    • Interpreting analytics and metrics
    • Building metric dashboards, pricing tools, or calculation methods
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel
  • Professional experience with cloud data warehouses such as Big Query, Snowflake, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Accounting or Finance within a SaaS company
  • Experience with Google Suite tools, including Looker Studio and Google Sheets
  • Experience with AI technologies

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $75,200 to $90,300 annually (actual pay depends on position, location, qualifications, market conditions, and business needs)
  • Compensation may include bonuses depending on the position
