This role supports a foundational AI lab by helping train a language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
The organization is seeking an experienced equity research director from a top bank or independent research firm to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core equity research workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for equity research workflows, including:
- Initiation report exhibits
- Earnings preview and review slides
- Industry primer decks
- Thesis one-pagers
- Valuation summary pages
- Marketing decks for investor meetings
- Ensure slide outputs reflect strong equity research content, clarity, and presentation quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm
- Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
- Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- $100/hour
- Commitment: Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
