Expert Opportunity - Head of Corporate Finance ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This role supports a foundational AI lab by identifying an experienced leader in corporate finance to help train a language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine rolling forecast models
• Create and develop variance bridge decks
• Develop driver-based operating models
• Produce board-ready P&L decks
• Draft monthly flux commentary memos for finance leadership
• Create and evaluate scenario sensitivity models
• Translate finance workflows into clear, high-quality outputs across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $100/hour
• Commitment: Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
