Overview
This role supports a foundational AI lab in training a language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The organization is seeking experienced equities research analysts to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for investor-facing materials
- Create or improve initiation report exhibits
- Create or improve earnings preview and review slides
- Create or improve industry primer decks
- Create or refine thesis one-pagers
- Create or refine valuation summary pages
- Create or refine marketing decks for investor meetings
Requirements
- 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm
- Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
- Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- $100/hour
- Flexible commitment: 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
