Field Finance Intern (East)

Overview

Internship positions in corporate finance offer hands-on experience and opportunities to learn through meaningful projects aligned with business needs. Work may include data-focused tasks, reporting, reconciliation, and presentation development. This role is not an investment banking internship.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and manage financial and operational data
• Support reporting and reconciliation activities
• Create presentations and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
• Complete tasks that may change frequently as new projects are assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Information Systems
• Must be actively pursuing a degree and remain enrolled in an accredited degree program following the internship start date in Summer 2027
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to be self-taught based on project requirements
• Proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables and charts
• PowerPoint experience
• Data analytics software experience (Power BI would be a nice add)

Preferred Qualifications

• Analytics background is a plus
• Previous internships or business experience helpful (not required)

Schedule & Location

• 40 hours per week
• Fully remote (eastern or central time zone candidates required)
• Location: Remote City, CT, 06032 USA (Connecticut Home Offices Remote Location)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly range: $20/hr to $23/hr
• Pay may be more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future
• Pay within the salary range will be based on factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs
