Overview

This role involves compiling and analyzing financial information for the organization and leading various financial projects. The position supports all shared services operations including Claims, Enrollment & Billing, Provider Contacting, Contract Configuration, Operations Excellence, and Print.

Responsibilities

  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy of recorded information
  • Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management
  • Assist with review and validation of contractor requests, extensions, statements of work (SOWs), and professional services agreements
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules related to labor and project accounting
  • Support labor reporting processes including internal labor, contractor labor, and professional services spend
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial controls
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Procurement, Portfolio Management, and HR to resolve financial issues and support decision-making
  • Assist with preparation of labor forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses for internal and external labor resources
  • Analyze actual labor spend, labor utilization, contractor costs, and workforce trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes including budget development and forecast updates
  • Monitor and report on labor-related financial metrics including headcount

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling experience with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior leadership
  • Collaborative leadership style with ability to build strong relationships and influence using facts and data
  • High integrity, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of work
  • Experience with Operations KPIs and key metrics including developing, planning, forecasting, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with business case development, cost justification, ROI analysis, and advanced financial modeling is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year
