Overview
This role supports the financial performance and operational analytics for business operations within the Corporate Performance Management Finance team. The position involves analyzing data related to volume, productivity, staffing, savings, vendor costs, and other financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze volume, productivity, staffing, savings, vendor, and cost data.
- Build recurring reports and executive-ready presentations.
- Maintain trackers, validate assumptions with operational partners, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support forecasting and reconciliation activities.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Conduct complex and high-level financial analysis.
- Present and discuss analysis with upper management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of financial or data analysis experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting experience.
- Ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards or business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in variance analysis and executive storytelling.
- Ability to work with imperfect data, clarify assumptions, and collaborate across clinical operations, staffing, vendor, and finance stakeholders.
- Ability to produce accurate, timely analysis in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year.
