Overview
This role involves compiling and analyzing financial information for the organization, leading various financial projects, and partnering closely with business and finance leadership to deliver insightful analysis. The position supports tracking, trending, and forecasting the impacts of organizational strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Run pre-established reports and develop new reports for internal stakeholders
- Develop metrics to evaluate the financial impact of proposed contracts
- Provide commentary and insights into business unit performance based on area-specific knowledge and analysis
- Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy
- Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts; identify and research variances
- Handle complex and high-level financial analysis
- Present and discuss analysis with upper management
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, including quarterly forecast submissions, rolling forecast maintenance, and assumption-based budget planning with scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Partner with adjacent finance and accounting teams to support month-end close
- Lead month-end financial reporting, delivering variance analysis, key trends, and actionable insights to VP-level stakeholders
- Drive financial and operational analysis through reporting, forecasting support, demand/capacity modeling, workforce metrics, and data-driven insights
- Provide financial oversight for technology investments and workforce decisions, ensuring alignment with budgets, forecasts, and procurement policies
- Facilitate financial support for new technology purchases, ensuring compliance with financial and procurement policies and validating financial impact and budget alignment
- Partner with Business Technology Solutions and operational leaders to support strategic initiatives, drive informed decision-making, and maintain financial transparency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of financial or data analysis experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship available for H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT, or other employment-based visa types)
- Ability to work remotely from home anywhere within the continental United States
- Central (CT) or Eastern Time (ET) schedule preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT functions or previous roles in IT Finance
- Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with financial systems and project management tools such as OneStream, Peoplesoft, Workday, ServiceNow PPM, Planview, or Apptio
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior leaders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Location
Remote within the continental United States, preferably working Central (CT) or Eastern Time (ET) schedules
