Finance Analyst IV

Overview

This role compiles and analyzes financial information, leads financial projects, and supports cost-effective utilization of services. It also develops measures to track, trend, and forecast impacts related to organizational strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-established reports and develop new reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies
• Develop metrics to evaluate financial impact of proposed contract and medical management
• Create integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
• Provide insights into business unit performance using market-specific knowledge and analysis
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; ensure financial information is recorded accurately
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management
• Perform financial forecasting and reconcile internal accounts
• Identify and research variances
• Conduct complex and high-level financial analysis
• Present and discuss analysis with upper management
• Comply with all policies and standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of financial or data analysis experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

• 100% remote within the United States
• Up to 10% travel for meetings required
