Overview
A global professional services organization with over 22,000 employees across more than 60 countries is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to join their growing consultancy team. The role supports advisory cost centers across sectors including Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Natural Resources. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills across various platforms and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage month-end revenue analysis
- Prepare, iterate, and present annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Maintain standardized financial and operational KPI reporting
- Review accuracy of information provided and respond to management and vendor requests
- Provide clear variance analysis identifying risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Use existing procedures to solve standard problems
- Assist operations team with all D365 functions such as project setup and invoicing
- Stay updated on relevant D365 product developments
- Identify and document suitability of various data sources for reporting purposes
- Utilize analytics and visualization tools to deliver interactive reports
- Establish usage tracking systems to inform further report development
- Support ad hoc information and analysis requests
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in consultancy, finance, data analysis, or visualization
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
- Experience in project coordination including meeting setup, note-taking, agenda management, action item follow-up, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with modern workplace environments and tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in large organizations
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent (required)
- Professional qualification from a recognized institution or body (desirable)
