Overview

This full-time, remote role focuses on end-to-end finance generalist responsibilities, including financial reporting, corporate finance strategy support, and cross-functional financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close procedures
• Reconcile accounts
• Prepare detailed financial statements
• Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives
• Analyze variances to improve financial model performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Support corporate finance strategy and resource allocation through financial insights

Requirements

• Robust background in corporate finance, accounting, or business administration
• Proficiency in financial analysis
• Payroll administration experience
• Regulatory compliance experience
• Advanced skills in ERP systems
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills
• Experience providing cross-functional financial support
• Mid-senior experience with a proven track record in technology startups or corporate finance environments
• Ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous work setting
