Finance Manager

Overview

This Finance Manager role owns the organization’s corporate FP&A engine, providing leadership with trusted visibility into performance, risks, and key tradeoffs. The position drives the operating cadence across annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, and management and KPI reporting, while building and maintaining the processes, models, and reporting packages needed for proactive, decision-ready planning.

The role also serves as a commercial finance partner, supporting cross-channel commercial reviews by connecting commercial and marketing activity to marketplace and financial outcomes, and integrating those results into the corporate P&L and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the corporate FP&A operating cadence, including:
  • Annual budgeting
  • Monthly and quarterly forecasting
  • Long-range planning
  • Management reporting
  • KPI reporting
• Build and maintain FP&A processes, models, and reporting packages to provide timely, trusted business visibility
• Lead/participate in cross-channel commercial reviews, connecting commercial and marketing activity to marketplace and financial outcomes
• Integrate commercial review results into the corporate P&L and forecast
• Partner closely with Accounting on the monthly close
• Collaborate with functional and cost-center owners across Marketing, Operations, Technology, and G&A on operating expense
• Provide analytical support as the backbone of corporate finance, enabling proactive and ready-to-decide planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)
• 7+ years of FP&A, RGM, Commercial Finance, or other related work experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products
• Hands-on experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, including:
  • Trade plan and funding inputs
  • Reporting
  • Data extraction
  • Reconciliation to financial results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization software (Power BI)

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000k
